Grade 11 Student Success Plan (SSP) Overview
The Wamogo school counselors hold small group meetings with grade 11 students several times throughout the school year. These meetings focus on building their college/career-readiness. The meeting topics include:
- Wamogo College Fair
- Junior Future Planning Night
- Standardized Testing (PSAT NMSQT & SAT)
- Individual Future Planning Meetings with Parent(s)/Guardian(s) and Counselor
- Junior Timeline for College Admissions
- National College Fair (Hartford, CT)
- Course Selection and Registration
- College Representative Visits
- Resume and Essay Writing
